New Delhi, June 4: All departments in Haryana have been directed by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini to upload their five-year roadmaps and action plans under ‘Haryana Vision-2047’ on the specially-developed AI-based platform so that he can personally undertake a comprehensive review of the plans and their implementation.

The Chief Minister issued these directions while chairing a review meeting on the five-year roadmap and action plan of the Haryana Police Housing Corporation under Haryana Vision-2047.

During the meeting, he also directed the Haryana Police Housing Corporation to prepare a comprehensive plan for constructing an adequate number of high-quality residential units for police personnel across the state.

Saini said the five-year action plans of all departments would be uploaded on the AI platform and reviewed systematically to align every department with the vision of a Viksit Bharat, drawing inspiration from global best practices adopted by developed nations.

The Chief Minister further directed departments to submit not only their annual action plans but also detailed quarterly timelines outlining the activities to be undertaken for achieving their targets.

He said departmental progress would be reviewed on a quarterly basis and that compliance with directions issued during previous review meetings would also be closely monitored.

Emphasising accountability and preparedness, the Chief Minister directed all departments to submit their progress reports at least two days before the scheduled review meetings so that the reports could be examined in advance for a more effective and result-oriented assessment.

Managing Director of the Haryana Police Housing Corporation, Alok Mittal, informed that since its establishment in 1989, the Corporation has constructed 12,683 residential units for police personnel, 165 police stations, 21 police posts, 26 women police stations, 13 police lines, 3 police training centres, 21 police public schools, and around 400 other non-residential buildings.

The Chief Minister directed the Corporation to ensure that police stations, police lines and training centres are equipped with modern facilities and resources. He stressed that the highest standards of quality must be maintained in all projects.

Reviewing the status of existing infrastructure,  Saini also directed that all upcoming buildings should be designed as energy-efficient and green buildings, incorporating international standards and sustainable construction practices.
