Surinder Bhagat appointed High Commissioner of India in Ghana
Bhagat is 2007 batch IFS Officer
New Delhi, Apr 15: IFS Officer of 2007 batch Surinder Bhagat will be India’s next High Commissioner to Ghana.
Bhagat is presently Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs.
