Chennai, July 3: Ramco Systems, a global enterprise software company, has appointed Sandesh Bilagi, a Chartered Accountant, as its Chief Executive Officer.
Sandesh steps into the role from his position as President & Chief Operating Officer, where he led the operational turnaround that returned the company to sustained profitability, delivering six consecutive quarters of operational profit through FY2026.
In his new role, he will drive Ramco’s global growth agenda and accelerate its strategy to become an AI-native enterprise software company, the company said in a statement.
A veteran of more than two decades across enterprise technology, Sandesh has built and scaled businesses across sales, delivery and operations, the company said.
He founded Ramco’s Australia & New Zealand business and has carried out responsibilities across sales and operations and steered the organization through two leadership transitions.
Prior to Ramco, Sandesh held leadership positions at HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra.

Sandesh is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CPA from CPA Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnatak University, Dharwad. (BVI)
