DCM Shriram and Dutch company Teknor Apex forge JV to Strengthen AdvancedPolymer business
The partnership is a strategic step towards building a globally competitive and technically advanced Plastics Polymer solutions platform
New Delhi, India, April 17: Shriram Polytech Ltd., a subsidiary of DCM Shriram Ltd., has entered into a joint venture with Teknor Apex B.V., a Dutch subsidiary of US-based Teknor Apex Company, which is into plastic material science solutions.
The joint venture will operate under the brand name PolyTek.
By combining Shriram Polytech’s strong domestic presence and manufacturing capability n vinyl compounds with Teknor Apex’s global formulation capabilities, the joint venture aims to deliver high-performance and technically advanced, specialty polymer solutions for diverse industrial applications.
