Bengaluru, May 19: Infosys reported strong financial performance for the fourth quarter of FY26, even as it reduced employee bonus payouts for the March quarter.
The company posted a net profit of ₹8,501 crore for Q4 FY26, marking a 20.78% increase compared to the previous quarter. Revenue rose to ₹46,402 crore, reflecting steady business growth.
Operating profit showed strong improvement, with EBIT rising 16.6% quarter-on-quarter to ₹9,743 crore. EBIT margins expanded to 21%, indicating better operational efficiency.
Despite strong results, investor concerns persist over the impact of artificial intelligence on traditional IT service models. Industry experts suggest that automation and AI adoption could reshape demand patterns for large IT firms.
