New Delhi, Oct 6 (BVI) Nokia is all set to unveil a wide array of pioneering technologies and solutions at the annual India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 scheduled to be held here from October 8 to 11, according to a company statement.
The Nokia stand will feature cutting-edge demonstrations spotlighting advances that drive the evolution towards Battlefield Communications, 6G, Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered network intelligence, and next-gen connectivity, it said.
- Securing the Nation with Advanced Battlefield Communications: Featuring 4G/5G Network-in-a-Box solutions with Mobile Adhoc Network (MANET) technology in man-portable and vehicle-mounted form factors for resilient, secure communication in contested environments.
- 6G Sensing Fusion enhancing Security, Surveillance & Safety: Showcasing fusion of 6G RAN sensing with CCTV to create real-time digital twin for asset tracking and situational awareness in airports, warehouses, and industrial sites.
MOBILE NETWORKS (MN) DEMOS:
Nokia will showcase a range of Mobile Networks innovations designed to simplify operations and boost performance.
This includes AI-driven digital site twins offering precise 3D models for efficient remote site asset management, and the industry-leading AirScale baseband platform powered by ReefShark SoCs (system-on-chip), delivering AI-ready processing, superior energy efficiency, and exceptional 5G performance.
The company will also demonstrate a diversified Microwave portfolio for mobile backhaul and backbone applications, including compact, zero-footprint outdoor solutions.
A key differentiator of the solution is efficient Carrier Aggregation feature with L1 Link aggregation that works with both Nokia and third-party traditional microwave products.
The demonstrations will culminate with dual-boost base station technology, significantly improving Massive MIMO uplink and downlink throughput and helping CSPs maximise the potential of their base station assets.
CLOUD AND NETWORK SERVICES (CNS) DEMOS:
Nokia will demonstrate its Cloud and Network Services (CNS) innovations, showcasing autonomous AI-driven service orchestration and assurance using knowledge graphs, digital twins, and Generative AI for fully autonomous network operations and monetization. The demos will feature intent-based automation tools for seamless 5G core delivery and management.
It will also highlight its Data Suite platform that helps CSPs scale AI use cases with high-quality network and subscriber data.
A key highlight will be the AI-enabled 5G Service Communication Proxy (SCP), which collects data and leverages AI and machine learning to automate and optimize network operations, improving efficiency and performance. (BVI)
